Quickly and reliably disposes green (floating algae) and white (bacterial) clouds with germ-killing uv-c radiation of appx. 255 Nm. No harmful side effects at whatsoever. Reduces the impact of germs and sinks the risk of infection. Highly effective by reflecting the radiation on the white inner wall of the casing. Casing made of robust, uv-resistant and saltwater-resistant plastic. Inlet and outlet on the same side, saving space when installing. Safety factor: uv-c burner automatically switches off when unit is opened. Cable length: 2 m to ballast control, 5 m from ballast control to uv-c device requirements for use: standard commercial pump or filter for an aquarium or pond with an available hose connection place. Special note: this device is designed for use in germany and thus will include a power adapter for use in the uk. |
