The 'snakeskin' is a revolutionary silicone impregnated nylon "sleeves", tubes that fit over the expedition asym hammock and fly for quick and convenient set up and take down. Basically, when you've done with the hammock for the day, rather than taking it down and wrapping it away an alternative is the snakeskins. There are two covers in each pack - one for each end of the rope. Simply roll the hammock cover into the stackskins and secure the long 'tube' to the rope.
